Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from 1010 Collection.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and any merchandise specifically marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.
